Hi, I’m Cally!

I get it, buying or selling a home can be a bit overwhelming, especially if it means relocating and starting over in a new city. As an active-duty military spouse, I’ve been there so I have firsthand knowledge of what you’re going through and what you need throughout the process — I’ve got you! I have the tools and systems in place to make your next move as smooth as possible. Real estate is not a one-size-fits-all industry and it’s a priority for me to get to know you and your specific situation. I bring a creative approach and over 10 years of marketing experience, giving you an advantage. My approach has translated to winning in multiple offer situations during one of the craziest real estate markets ever for my buyers, and more exposure and higher net proceeds for my sellers.

What’s it like to work with me?

First and foremost, I want to know you and your individual needs. When you decide to work with me, you’re working with an agent who will take the time to get to know you and make sure you know every step of the process. We’ll strategize a plan that is unique to you and your needs. You can relax knowing that you’ve got an agent who will keep you informed and prepared for any obstacle you may face.

Arkansas born and raised but Tennessee is home — Go Vols! I am a proud U.S. Marine Corps spouse, mom to two (soon to be three!) little girls, and an early morning person. I believe in solutions and am prepared to find one for any situation. While it wasn’t my first career, there’s nothing I love more than helping others achieve their goal of home ownership.

The Marine Corps relocated my family from Nashville, Tennessee to the little desert town of Yuma, Arizona, and again to our beachside home here on the Emerald Coast of Florida. When I’m not showing beautiful homes on the coast, I’m spending time with my family, listening to a good podcast, hitting the beach for some sunshine, or getting in my daily steps and a workout.

Real estate is one of the biggest investments of your life and I don’t take the responsibility of helping you in this process lightly. It’s an honor and a privilege to serve you.
